rules & requirements

  1. Each dog must pass an evaluation to ensure they are comfortable and able to attend our daycare or overnight boarding.
  2. Must be between 12 weeks and 12 years old.
  3. If 8 months of age or older, must be spayed or neutered.
  4. Must play nice and show no signs of dominance or aggression towards dogs or people when around toys, food, kennel, or other objects.
  5. For your dogs safety they must not have a history of any of the following medical conditions: seizures, diabetes, addison's disease, bloat/gastric torsion, exercise induced collapse or any other major or life threatening health problem.
  6. Must be current on rabies and DHPP vaccinations. Any series of vaccinations must also be complete.
  7. Breed Restrictions: Due to our current insurance policy, we are unable to accept any purebred or predominantly bred breeds of the following: American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Akita, Akita Inu, Bull Terrier, Mini Bull Terrier, Anatolian Shepherd, Caucasion Shepherd, Bull Mastiff, Neopolitan Mastiff, Tibetan Mastiff, Dogue De Bordeaux, Dogo Argentino, Ca De Bou, Fila Brasiliero, Tosa Inu, Cane Corso, Alano Espanol, Boerboel, Presa Canario, Broholmer, American Bandogge, Gull Dong, Kangal Dog, Sage Koocheel, Gull Terrier, Gull Dong, Wolf Hybrid.   8. Bandages, cones, stitches, booties/socks, bandanas, bows, flea/tick collars and similar items are not allowed.
  9. A monthly topical or chewable flea and tick preventative such as frontline or interceptor is required.
  10. Dogs found to have puppy warts, kennel cough, worms, fleas, parasites, frequent or liquid diarrhea, vomiting or any other potentially contagious condition, illness or injury will be isolated. We will then contact the owner to determine the best course of action. If an owner cannot be reached, they will be taken to a veterinarian at the owner’s expense if deemed necessary by our staff.
  11. Dogs who are acting aggressively or are endangering the safety of themselves or other dogs will be removed from the group and the parents will be contacted to pick them up. Dogs exhibiting the following behaviors may be asked to not come back: Aggressive or dangerous behavior towards other dogs or staff, excessively rough play, excessive barking or whining, excessive humping or any other disruptive behaviors. Staff will inform you if these behaviors are seen and will discuss options with you.
  12. For the safety of the dogs and staff any dog that has not been to our facility in 3 months or more will require another evaluation day before boarding.
