Cancellation Policy

At Paws Unleashed, space is very limited and we intentionally keep our daycare and boarding groups small to provide safe, personalized care. Because we reserve spots specifically for each dog, late cancellations leave empty spaces that are often difficult to fill.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policy:

Daycare Reservations

Daycare reservations must be canceled by 7:00 PM the day before the scheduled visit.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

Boarding Reservations (Non-Holiday)

Non-holiday boarding reservations must be canceled by 7:00 PM at least 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Late cancellations will result in a $40 cancellation fee.

Holiday Boarding Reservations

Holiday reservations are extremely limited and fill quickly.

Holiday boarding reservations must be canceled by 7:00 PM at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Late cancellations will result in a $60 cancellation fee.

Additional Information

• Cancellation fees apply per reservation.

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

• We understand emergencies happen and appreciate as much notice as possible.

Boarding

• Per night: $90.00
