Daycare, Boarding & Training Agreement:

I (the owner of the dog(s), in exchange for the provision of dog daycare, boarding and training by Paws Unleashed, agree to pay Paws Unleashed its posted rates, as they may change at any time, and I agree that the dog daycare, boarding and training is provided on the following conditions:

I understand Paws Unleashed, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I understand that I am liable for all claims, expenses, and damages caused by my dog(s).

I expressly waive and relinquish any and all claims against Paws Unleashed, its employees, and representatives.

I have disclosed to Paws Unleashed all known dangers associated with my dog(s).

I expressly understand and agree that Paws Unleashed, shall not be held responsible for any damage to my property, or that of others, caused by my dog(s) during the period in which they are in its care.

If any medical problems develop or my dog(s) become ill while my dog is in the care of Paws Unleashed, I authorize Paws Unleashed to do whatever they deem necessary for the safety, health, and wellbeing of my dog(s), all other dogs in their care. Further, I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred as well as have an emergency contact or someone available to pick up my dog(s) if they become ill while in the care of Paws Unleashed.

I understand that if my dog(s) is exhibiting any negative behavior such as aggression, excessive barking or behaviors that are causing any problems with other dogs or staff my dog(s) will be removed from group and I may be asked to pick my dog(s) up.

I agree and allow Paws Unleashed to use any dog training tool(s) deemed necessary to help redirect and work with my dog(s) safely when needed.

I understand that Paws Unleashed is a cage-free facility. I accept the risks involved and agree that Paws Unleashed is not liable for any injuries or illnesses during my dog's attendance.

I authorize Paws Unleashed to use any pictures taken of my dog(s) for promotional purposes.

I understand that payment is due at the time of service and agree to pay the amount due in full at the time I pick up my dog(s).

I will not bring my dog(s) to Paws Unleashed if they have shown symptoms of, or been exposed to, a communicable illness until an accredited veterinarian has confirmed my dog's illness is not contagious.

I hereby declare to Paws Unleashed I am legal owner of my dog(s); that my dog(s) has not been exposed to distemper, rabies or parvo within the past (30) thirty days; that my dog(s) has been inoculated as indicated by records presented; and that I (the owner) have read this agreement in its entirety.

Board & Train Terms and Conditions:

Cost

Three week Board and Train: $3,500(plus tax) *A deposit of $500 is required to hold the reservation.

Payments and Cancellations

I understand that my board and train is reserved when I submit my deposit. I understand that if something happens and I cancel the board and train with at least 7 days prior to the start date, then 50% of the deposit can be returned or I can use the deposit to reserve a future board and train with a start date within 60 days of the original start date. I understand that transferring the deposit to future dates can be done once and if the future board and train is canceled, there will be no refund and no additional transfers of this deposit. I understand that if I cancel with less than 7 days before the beginning of the training service, there will be no transfer or refund of the deposit. I understand that the estimate is accurate at the time it is given but it may change due to emergency situations. If the estimate changes, I will receive a new bill at the time of pick up. I understand and that the remaining portion of the bill is due at pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS.‎

Board and Train Follow-Up

I understand that the behaviors are complex and take time for the handler and dog to master. I therefore understand the behaviors worked on during my dog’s stay will require me to continue to develop and maintain them at home. I will be taught how to do this during a lesson as well as training video and homework, which is included in the board and train cost.‎

I understand that proof of vaccination of Rabies and DHPP are due by the beginning of the board and train service. NO EXCEPTIONS. If proof is not given then the board and train service will not proceed. If the board and train service is cancelled because of this reason "Payments and Cancellations" policy applies.‎

Illness

I understand that if my dog becomes ill with kennel cough or any other contagious illness during their board and train stay I may need to come pick them up and the board and train program will be continued once they healthy and no longer contagious. I understand that if Paws Unleashed feels it is necessary to bring my pet to the veterinarian, I grant permission and I will cover all expenses. I understand that accidents happen and I will not hold Paws Unleashed liable for any injuries or illnesses that my pet may incur during it’s stay.
